Jeremy Corbyn uses his method of crowd-sourcing his questions, quoting from "Abby" who wants to train as a midwife, and asking the PM to reverse cuts to the nurse bursary scheme. Jeremy Corbyn says the 2% precept announced in the Autumn Statement falls well short of what is needed and challenges David Cameron over what his government will do to make up the "shortfall" in social care funding.
Responding, David Cameron notes he quoted from BBC Radio 4 Today programme and says he's glad he listens to the programme and says he hopes he chooses to go on it one day, for a bit of "sunshine" and "transparency". He also notes the Labour leader hasn't yet welcomed today's unemployment figures.

The Labour leader turns now to adult social care, raising concerns about funding. He says cuts to the services would be a "false economy". The PM says that the government is increasing funding through the 2% social care precept. He says the government has accepted the findings of NHS England chief executive Simon Stevens and committed the necessary funding. This wouldn't be possible without "a growing economy", he adds.

Jeremy Corbyn rejects an implication by the PM that he hadn't wished people a Happy Christmas, saying it appeared that the PM wasn't listening.
He goes on to say that if the PM was so proud of the NHS why is he "cancelling the publicaiton of NHS performance data this winter". David Cameron says his is the first government to publish the data. He says that in an average day today in the NHS compared with 2010 there are 4,400 more operations and 21,000 more outpatient appointments. He concedes there are challenges in A&E but says more people are seen today than then.
