SNP Westminster leader Angus Robertson raises the fiscal talks between Scotland and the UK government, which have just culminated in a deal. But Mr Robertson criticises the Treasury's conduct during the negotiations. David Cameron says it's an "excellent deal" for Scotland and the rest of the UK and says now it's time for the SNP to "get on and govern".

Jeremy Corbyn continues his questions on health, quoting  doctors as saying more staff and funding were needed if a 7-day NHS is to be implemented safely.

He asks the PM to publish official analysis on the "real costs" of the government's plan rather than "picking a fight" with junior doctors.

David Cameron says that £10bn is being invested in the NHS "and that is why we are looking at the contracts in the NHS to make sure it can work on a more 7 day basis". He says the government's plans are good for patients, as he speaks of a "world-class NHS".

That brings the leaders' exchanges to a close - and questions open up to the floor.

Jeremy Corbyn responds with an attack on the government's conduct over the NHS, and accuses it of failing to get a grip on cost of agency staff in NHS, "which amounts to £4bn".

Mr Cameron is heckled over his mum's support for a petition opposing cuts rally in Mr Cameron's Oxfordshire constituency - as someone tells him to "ask your mum".

Mr Cameron says that he knows exactly what his mum would say: "She'd look across the despatch box (at Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn) and say 'put on a proper suit, do up your tie and sing the national anthem'."

Once the cheering and jeering dies down, Mr Corbyn responds by saying his late mother would've said "stand up for your principles" and stand up "for the NHS". He says that is what she and many people of her generation "dedicated their life to". 

"Isn't it time that the prime minister and the health secretary actually apologise for what they've done and correct these statement?" Jeremy Corbyn asks. He also calls on the government needs to reach an "honorable" agreement with junior doctors to bring the long-running dispute to an end.

David Cameron accuses the Labour leader of having written his question before listening to his answer. He says the government is investing £10bn in the NHS in England, with doctor and nurse numbers up and more patients being treated. "We are building a strong NHS for patients," he adds.

Jeremy Corbyn says that the dispute has been based on misrepresented data of weekend mortality rates - referring to suggestions the health secretary, Jeremy Hunt, used unverified and unpublished study data to back his plans for a seven-day NHS in England. He asks whether the government has been "rash and misleading" with the fiugures.

David Cameron says the dispute has been plagued by "scaremongering and misleading statistics", but from the British Medical Association not the government. He says the 6,000 figure was based on information given by NHS chief medical director Sir Bruce Keogh. He says the only thing Mr Hunt is guilty of is an "understatement", saying the figure is actually higher - at 11,000, He asks Mr Corbyn to withdraw his attack.

Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn is on his feet, and echoes the PM's words on Didcot Power Station collapse. He begins his question - and has chosen to lead on health. Specifically, the on-going dispute between the government and junior doctors in England over the imposition of new contracts.

The PM says it's important to have a 7-day NHS and pays tribute to NHS staff. No junior doctor working legal hours will receive a pay cap, nor work longer hours under the new contract, he adds. "This is a good deal," he says.

The first question comes from Michelle Donelan, Conservative MP for Chippenham - who associates herself with the PM's remarks about Didcot Power Station.

Referencing the migration crisis, she asks the PM what the UK can do to fulfil its "moral duty to these desperate people". He pays tribute to Wiltshire Council which he says has done a magnificent job in resettling refugees. He goes on to defend Britain's response to the crisis, including its resettlement programme. "We'll continue to do what we can," he adds.

David Cameron begins with a word about the Didcot Power Station collapse, which has left one person dead and others injured. Mr Cameron says it was a "dreadful accident" and sends his and the Commons' condolences to those affected. He praises the emergency services, too.

Discussing the EU referendum, skills minister Nick Boles endorses the argument that the UK's EU deal will be legally binding. He says this is the view of Attorney General Jeremy Wright and other legal experts. He says the European Court of Justice "can't just ignore" the deal.

"This agreement will shape their interpretation of European treaties," he says.

But Labour MP Gisela Stuart, who used to be a lawyer, says if the deal was legally binding as the government says, why would the 28 member states "ever go through the pain of treaty negotiation"?

She says David Cameron originally promised fundamental treaty change in his EU renegotiation because he knew that without it, the reforms he secured "would only be taken into consideration".
