    In her response to the Labourn leader UK Prime Minister Theresa May says the issue is not a question of Britain's diplomacy around the world, but the culpability of the Russian state for attacks on UK soil.

    To Jeremy Corbyn, she said: "There is a consensus across the backbenches of this House, I'm only sorry the consensus do not go as far as you."

    Mrs May said the UK had no issue with the Russian people and said hopes had been high for a close relationship after the end of the Cold War.

    Theresa May says there were only two conclusions following the Salisbury incident, that either this was a direct act by the Russian state against the UK or the Russian government had lost control of a military grade agent.

    Mrs May says the Russians have shown complete disdain for what happened and says the only conclusion was that the Russian state was culpable for the attempted murder of the Skripals.

    Sir Vince Cable raises the case of the so-called "black-cab rapist" John Worboys, telling the House he is due for release from "high security prison" this week.

    Sir Vince asks why Worboys was "not tested first in open prison" and also claims the Parole Board did not look for "evidence of contrition" before making a decision to free him.

    Theresa May says there is "a case before the courts" at the moment and the Parole Board will be asked to explain its decision.

    Conservative Lucy Allan says that like many towns and cities across the UK, Telford has had distressing cases of child sexual abuse exploitation.

    She says Telford will now be hosting an independent local inquiry into the case. She asks if the PM will join her in congratulating the campaigner and the journalist who highlighted the case. She seeks assurances that no stone will be left unturned during the inquiry.

    Mrs May says everyone has been shocked by the actions of these "ruthless criminals" and congratulates the two women central to the case.
