Good morning and thanks for joining our live coverage of Prime Minister’s Questions.

With Prime Minister Rishi Sunak on a trip to Germany, it’s the deputies' turn to take centre stage when MPs gather in the House of Commons for PMQs starting at noon.

Deputy Prime Minister Oliver Dowden is batting for the government, with deputy Labour leader Angela Rayner at the despatch box for His Majesty’s Opposition.

We’re expecting Sunak’s flagship Rwanda bill, increases to the UK’s defence spending and upcoming local elections to all be talking points in Parliament today - and Dowden is likely to bring up Rayner's living arrangements, too.

Stay with us for updates and analysis.
