    Conservative Victoria Prentis asks the prime minister whether she will launch a review into maternity care to ensure a service which is "safe but also care that is kind".

    The prime minister acknowledges that the newly-elected MP from Copeland had raised the issue during her campaign. 

    She says a review to tackle the recruitment issues that affect these maternity areas is "sensible" and that the health secretary is looking at.

    Conservative Bob Blackman says Jewish college and university students are suffering anti-semitism and asks what steps are being taken to tackle it.

    Theresa May says universities have a duty to provide safe environments for their students, and that the government is writing to university vice-chancellors to remind them of this duty, and of the agreed definition of anti-semitism.

    Labour's Marie Glindon asks whether the prime minister has considered banning white cider, which contains a lot of alcohol for low costs, after the death of a constituent from a bottle with the equivalent of 22 vodka shots of alcohol in. 

    Theresa May responds that the cheap alcohols "are taxed more" and "by banning sales below duty plus VAT." 

    She also says that educating young people about the implications of drinking is important.

    Conservative Andrew Bingham raises concerns over business rates. He says businesses in his constituency of High Peak are concerned by the rise - in one case as much as 85%.

    Can she reassure the businesses the government will do what they can to help them? he asks.

    Theresa May says it's been seven years since the rates were looked at, based as they are on property values, and it was time to do so. She says there are different impacts on different businesses, and there are funds being put in place to help.

    And she says that the Chancellor is looking at ways to help businesses in the Budget next week.

    Conservative MP Nigel Adams asks about ticket touts, wondering what the government can do to stop the sale of tickets for inflated prices. 

    Theresa May says the Department for Culture, Media and Sport is shortly going to respond to a report on the issue, and says the government wants to step in when the market is not working.

    Labour's Steve Reed gets a huge cheer as he welcomes the new member for Stoke on Trent Central, Gareth Snell.

    Mr Reed says "young black men" using mental health services are more likely to be subjected to restraint and force which has resulted in deaths.

    The prime minister says an audit of racial disparity in mental health treatment is being carried out, and she asks Mr Reed to write to her with any information he has on the subject.

    SNP Westminister Leader Angus Robertson asks whether all decisions on agriculture and fisheries will be made in Holyrood post-Brexit: "yes or no?"

    The prime minister responds that the government is in conversations with devolved governments about what powers currently residing in Brussels will be transferred to them.

    But she says it's important they "don't damage the very important single market of the United Kingdom," which benefits the Scotland. 

    Mr Robertson replies that during the EU referendum campaign, it was promised that agriculture and fisheries would be restored to devolved regions. 

    Theresa May reiterates that they are still in negotiations.

    Theresa May claims that  "more people are getting treatment for mental health conditions every week" under her government.

    Mr Corbyn says the government has "passed the opportunity by" to achieve parity of esteem between mental and physical health.

    He calls on the prime minister to "look again" at the "nasty decision" on eligibility for PIPs.

    Mrs May repeats that the government is "ensuring" that Parliament's intention on eligibility for PIPs is being upheld.

    She goes on to quote a Labour MP who said the by-election result in Copeland was "incredible".

    With heavy emphasis, Mrs May says that word sums up Mr Corbyn's leadership - "incredible".
