Labour’s Baroness Donaghy kicks off business by asking about the government support for women’s domestic and sexual violence services.
The charity Women's Aid has said that 23% of referrals to domestic violence refuges were declined on the grounds of lack of space.
Home Office Minister Baroness Trafford replies that the government has pledged £80m of funding to support women's refuges, sexual violence centres and forced marriage units.
