    The first question to Mark Drakeford comes from the Welsh Conservative MS for Aberconwy Janet Finch-Saunders, asking about a COVID-19 recovery plan for businesses.

    The first minister says the Welsh Government's 100% rate relief scheme, supporting 70,000 businesses, will continue into the next financial year.

    Janet Finch-Saunders says there is an urgent need for a reopening roadmap.
