Harry Clarke says he remembers the fireman and the nurse being there after the crash. Mr Clarke says his speech was slurred and he was "very confused". He says: "I asked Matt what happened and he couldn't talk to me."

The court is shown a DVLA D4 form (a Driver & Vehicle Licensing Agency medical examination report) and Mr Clarke is asked if he recognises the form.
He says he does, but when asked if this is the form that relates to him, he replied "no comment."
