The SNP's Westminster leader Ian Blackford has said the economic recovery plan announced by Boris Johnson yesterday is a "damp squib".
He told Good Morning Scotland that the plans "ignore the scale of the challenge we face".
Mr Blackford added most of the money was not new investment.
"This is not new money - it spectacularly ignores what is required to get the economy moving", he said.
He added that it was a "massive missed opportunity".
