    Nicola Sturgeon confirms a further 832 people have tested positive for Covid-19. That is 9.5% of the total number of tests carried out.

    This takes the total number of positive cases in Scotland to 75,187.

    Health board breakdown:

    Ms Sturgeon says the provisional data indicates the breakdown of new cases is as follows:

    • NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde: 293
    • NHS Lanarkshire: 171
    • NHS Lothian: 114
    • NHS Ayrshire and Arran: 90

    The first minister will shortly announce where each council area will sit in the five-level Covid-19 restrictions system.

    However, Ms Sturgeon has already said changes are "highly unlikely", with no regions expected to move down a level.

    It is possible some councils could be moved up a tier, but the first minister said she wanted to avoid this if possible.

    The increase in coronavirus cases in Scotland has levelled off after weeks of tough restrictions on household gatherings and the hospitality trade, but ministers want to see a "significant and sustained" fall in numbers.

    The first minister will shortly deliver her statement on the review of Scotland's Covid-19 restriction levels.

    Before that SNP MSP Gillian Martin asks what action the Scottish government is taking to support farmers to help meet Scotland's climate ambitions.

    Lib Dem MSP Liam McArthur will then ask what action the government will take to improve the mental health support available to police officers and staff, in light of the service reporting increasing numbers of absences.
