  2. More detail on what is expected in Moraypublished at 12:42 British Summer Time 11 May 2021

The first minister says rates of infection in Moray are four times the rate of elsewhere in Scotland, so it is likely to remain at level three for a while longer.

There is widespread community transmission happening in Moray so it would not be safe or sensible to ease restrictions on Monday.

Travel restrictions will be re-imposed there, so it will be limited to permitted purposes only.

If Moray stays at level three, financial assistance will be given to businesses affected.

People are strongly encouraged to take up lateral flow tests and follow all the guidelines.

In general, she says, case numbers are continuing to fall across the country - with the exception of Moray.

The first minister explains that Moray has been experiencing a high and increasing number of cases.

There has been a small associated increase in hospital admissions and Moray is experiencing widespread community transmission of the virus.

It is highly probable that Moray will remain at level 3, although a decision will be taken at the end of the week.
