The Scottish government motion as amended is agreed to unanimously.
The Scottish Labour amendment is agreed to unanimously.
The Scottish Conservative amendment is not agreed to, with 28 MSPs backing it and with 86 against.

The minister says it is absolutely imperative that the voice of our children has to be heard.
Ms Constance says the input into the Equally Safe Strategy has heard the voices of children.
She says one in five children will experience domestic abuse by the time they are 18 years old.
The minister says when her son is older she will give him Ben McPherson's speech.
She says ratifying the Istanbul Convention is important.
"It is now time for the UK government to ratify the Istanbul Convention."

Equalities Secretary Angela Constance says there is a strong degree of consensus and collaboration across the chamber.

The Labour MSP says there are high profile cases that push a spotlight in the way the media reports a woman's behaviour.
She backs Kezia Dugdale's call for more sustainable funding for organisations working on the front line.
Ms Baker says she has concerns that some advancements are "going backwards" and gender attitudes are becoming more common.
The Labour MSP says it is the job of all of us to ensure plans are delivered.
She says the attitudes of the president elect has been mentioned and these are more common than we would care to admit.
Scottish Labour MSP Claire Baker says we have heard accounts of violence and abuse that women suffer.
Ms Baker says some of these take place in societies where it is deemed acceptable and other where society turns a blind eye.
The Labour MSP says the cabinet secretary is right to push the UK government to ratify the Istanbul Convention.
She says we have a responsibility to recognise our global responsibility.
