    Mr MacDonald says if the Greens motion had been tabled the government would have accepted it and he would be happy to work with them on some of the issues it raised.

    He says there is clearly good will in chamber in relation to the review. 

    The childcare and early years minister says as well as the efforts to review the system MSPs need to work hard in their communities.
