Good morning and welcome to Holyrood Live's coverage of the Scottish Parliament on 25 April 2017.

First up today the Health Committee will take evidence from third sector organisations on whether they are being consulted enough in the design of Scotland’s health and social care.

We’ll then cover a rather unusual event over lunch, as the Europe Committee hears from a number of young people on their perceptions of Scotland’s and the UK’s place in a future Europe.

Eight representatives will be picked from over 40 members of the youth organisations who will have taken part in seminars in the morning at Holyrood.

In the afternoon, after topical questions, the Scottish government will lead a debate on the controversial child tax credit cuts, with the ‘rape clause’ likely to dominate what will be a compelling session.

This debate will be followed by the Stage 1 debate on APD, which takes us to decision time at 6.20pm.

Tory MSP Maurice Golden will then lead a member’s debate on the WWF Earth Hour 2017.
