    On the pressures around image, Christia Crocker at Women 2 Women in Los Angeles says beauty can "help, but you need intelligence and skill to back it up".

    She adds: "Beauty can be many things, like: confidence, self-respect, putting your best foot forward.

    "But it can be a catch 22 - if I don't feel beautiful, then I may not be as confident or at my best. I feel smarter, better and more confident when I look good."

    "Being yourself is more than enough - no quotas needed," they said. "Leadership is a quality from within regardless of gender and it can be inspired by men or women."

    Women in the audience asked questions to Nepal's female president, Bidya Devi Bhandari. 

    "The impact of [having a female president] in the mindset of people is priceless and incomparable," she says.
