'If I don't feel beautiful, then I may not be as confident'published at 06:45

On the pressures around image, Christia Crocker at Women 2 Women in Los Angeles says beauty can "help, but you need intelligence and skill to back it up".
She adds: "Beauty can be many things, like: confidence, self-respect, putting your best foot forward.
"But it can be a catch 22 - if I don't feel beautiful, then I may not be as confident or at my best. I feel smarter, better and more confident when I look good."

"Finesse" and "diplomacy" were thrown up by our group in Los Angeles during a discussion on leadership.
"Being yourself is more than enough - no quotas needed," they said. "Leadership is a quality from within regardless of gender and it can be inspired by men or women."

Pippa Stephens has been hearing from a disenfranchised Tinder user and finding out how the brain copes with the dating app.
"That whole idea of instant gratification has ruined sex for an entire generation of women," says make-up artist Sally.

This hour there will be discussions from the University of Sydney's debating society in Australia, students at the University of Tokyo in Japan, and Solidarite FM radio station in Benin.
