    These two are from Karamoja in the east of the country.

    Uganda's New Vision, external newspaper is reporting that 80 people have been arrested for election crimes including what is describes as "voter bribery".

    It says they were picked up on Thursday morning "distributing sugar, flour, salt and cash".

    She's selling the bags of water for 100 Ugandan shillings or 3 US cents.

    Voting has started in Uganda amid widespread reports of a lack of ballot materials and polling stations opening late.

    The Electoral Commission has tweeted:

    Asked whether voting will be extended, the electoral commission has said that the law stipulates polls close at the current slated time of 13:00 GMT and it will make sure everyone votes in that time.

    Another big controversy is that many Ugandans are complaining that they cannot access Twitter, Facebook and WhatsApp.

    The polls have opened in Uganda's presidential election where incumbent Yoweri Museveni is seeking a fifth term.

    There are seven candidates running against him and his main challenger, Kizza Besigye, is taking on the veteran leader for the fourth time. 

    Ugandans are also electing a new parliament.

    There have been delays in materials arriving at some of the polling stations and the electoral commission has tweeted an apology, quoting chairperson Badru Kiggundu:
