Damning phrases in Supreme Court rulingpublished at 13:29 British Summer Time 5 September 2022
The Supreme Court has released a summary of the judgment that was read out earlier dismissing Raila Odinga's challenge to the election result.
Although the phrases "wild goose chase" and "hot air" don't appear here but were heard earlier, the summary still gives a flavour of the unanimous opinion of the court.
The terms "not persuaded" and "no credible evidence" really stand out.
Mr Odinga has said that while he respects the result, he disagrees with it.
