Gorillaz sound system announce UK show

Gorillaz' sound system have announced a festival appearance for 2010.

Damon Albarn and co, are set to release their third album Plastic Beach on 9 March.

Gorillaz Sound System, which features the cartoon band's music remixed to visual effects, will appear at Cambridgeshire's Secret Garden Party held between 22-25 July.

Marina & the Diamonds and Mercury Rev are also amongst the acts confirmed to play live at the weekender which has previously seen headline performances from Jarvis Cocker and Grace Jones.

Like Isle of Wight's Bestival, Secret Garden Party has a fancy dress theme each year with 'Fact Or Fiction' having been revealed for 2010.
