"I have to change twice and it takes 2 hours!

"Plus I work where I live so I need to get back straight from uni to work sometimes so public transport isn't an option."

"But at the moment it is cheaper and quicker to drive to work."

"To travel a 40 mile round trip on the train it cost me £12.30. To travel by bus cost £11.00."

Matthew

"Sure it's costing more, but I'd rather cut back on other things like pre-packed food, alcohol, Sky, or new clothes etc than use public transport."

Danny

"I remember the days when it cost £20 to fill a 1L, now it's over £35. It costs me over £160 per month."

"It's a joke! Just a month ago I was in Lanzarote and petrol was only about 70p a litre!"
