British Airways says it is going through footage as part of its investigation, after reality star Kim Kardashian accused the airline of removing items from her luggage.
On Tuesday, the 31-year-old tweeted: "Very disappointed in British Airways for opening my luggage and taking some special items of mine.
"Some things are sentimental and not replaceable."
BA confirmed the star's team has contacted the customer relations team.
"Our customer travelled from Nice to Heathrow Terminal 5 to Los Angeles," the company said.
"Terminal 5 has some of the most sophisticated automated baggage systems in the world, which are able to monitor bags every minute of their time in the terminal."
The statement continued: "At this stage, we have discovered no evidence to suggest that the bag in question was interfered with at Heathrow.
"Our investigation is also seeking to establish details of the bag's passage through Nice and Los Angeles airports."
Kim Kardashian hasn't confirmed what was taken from her luggage.
But according to the TMZ, external website, sunglasses the E! star inherited from her late father, Robert Kardashian, were taken.
The site also says that a number of handbags were also taken.
BAA, which owns Heathrow airport have said: "There are high levels of security at Heathrow.
"Passenger bags are electronically tracked and recorded throughout the system."
Newsbeat has tried to contact Miss Kardashian's representatives, but they are yet to respond.
Kim Kardashian also apologised for a comment she made on her reality television show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
She tweeted: "I just want to clear something up," and added a link to an online article, where she said a comment made on the show about her dislike for Indian food was "not intended to offend Indian people or their culture".
"This is just my own personal taste.
"There are a lot of foods I don't like. I hate cilantro and peppers, and there are definitely some Armenian foods that I personally find disgusting, but that doesn't reflect my opinions on other Armenian people or my culture," she added.
"My comment wasn't intended to offend anybody. We all have our own opinions and tastes and I was simply expressing mine."
