Robin Thicke and Nelly have both been announced for this year's 1Xtra Live.
They will play at the third date of the tour at Liverpool's Echo Arena on Wednesday 9 October.
Earlier today, 1Xtra DJ Twin B revealed other artists on the bill include Iggy Azalea and John Newman.
Katy B and Chase & Status will play at the first 1Xtra Live date at the International Centre in Bournemouth on 7 October.
They will be joined by Sub Focus, Digital Soundboy featuring Liam Bailey and Ms Dynamite, and Friction & Friends including Scrufizzer, Arlissa, P Money and MC Linguistics.
Rapper 2 Chainz and producer Naughty Boy are set to perform at Hammersmith Apollo in London on 8 October. The night will be headlined by Sean Paul with Fuse ODG and Angel Haze also confirmed for the line-up.
Tickets for all venues will go on sale on Friday 13 September at 9am. They will cost £10 plus a booking fee.
Explaining the decision to charge for tickets, a statement from the station said: "BBC Radio 1Xtra Live tickets have been priced at £10 which allows us to offset some of the costs of putting on the event and make the licence fee go further."
In previous years artists including Tinie Tempah, Plan B and Rita Ora have all featured on the line-up.
The first 1Xtra Live was in Coventry in 2008 with Kelly Rowland, Jay Sean and Akon.
Further venues and artists for this year's tour are yet to be announced.
