Leona Lewis to make debut in British film Holiday

Singer Leona Lewis has announced her first film role in movie Holiday.
The British musical will shoot on location in the UK and Italy and also stars comedienne Katy Brand.
Along with Madonna's Holiday, the movie will feature songs including Wake Me Up Before You Go Go by Wham and Cyndi Lauper's Girls Just Wanna Have Fun.
The film, described by producers as a "classic feel good love story", will be directed by Max & Dania, the team behind the StreetDance franchise.
It is not yet been confirmed what character Leona will be playing.
"Just wrapped for the day! So excited for you guys to see this, such great moments being captured. Lucky to work with amazingly talented ppl," she tweeted from the set in Italy.
The Grammy-nominated musician rose to fame after winning The X Factor.
She has since had hits with Bleeding Love, which was number one in more than 30 countries, Collide and Trouble.
The 28-year-old has recently been working on a Christmas album, due out later this year.
