Celebrity Big Brother bosses have refused to say if Jeremy Jackson has been reported to police after opening a housemate's dressing gown.

The former Baywatch star left model Chloe Goodman in tears after exposing her breast as she helped him while he was being sick.

Bosses of the Channel 5 show ejected him for "unacceptable behaviour".

Newsbeat has asked them if the police have been contacted but they're refusing to comment further.

They're also refusing to say if they've had any complaints over last night's show which also featured racist language.

Channel 5 moved last night's episode to 10pm - an hour later than it's usually broadcast.

A statement on its website explained the show featured "explosive drama between the housemates," and included "an incident".

Jeremy Jackson, who played David Hasselhoff's son in Baywatch in the 1990s, was sick after drinking alcohol.

Whilst in the toilet, Chloe Goodman, who also featured on MTV reality show Ex on The Beach, went to check on him.

Their conversation wasn't shown, but viewers could hear it.

"Oh seriously Jeremy, that's not OK - I'm leaving now," said Chloe before leaving the toilet, crying.

When asked what had happened, she swore as she told housemates: "He just took my dressing gown off."

Initially the show's bosses made Jeremy, 34, sleep in a private room, before telling him he would be leaving the house.

When asked if he had anything to say by Big Brother, the actor responded: "Besides apologising and insisting it was not a 'ripping open' or 'aggressive move' no, I accept all the ramifications."

The show's bosses also had to warn Ken Morley over a separate incident in last night's episode.

The 72-year-old was given a formal warning about the language he used when talking to Alexander O'Neal.

The singer had told him not to repeat the two words when talking to anyone who was black as they would find it offensive.

The former Coronation Street actor was also warned about sexually explicit and suggestive comments directed to female housemates.

There's been a backlash on Twitter with people using #cbbken to criticise his behaviour.
