Nasa astronaut Snapchats life in space
- Published
A Nasa astronaut is sharing photos and videos from the International Space Station (ISS) via Snapchat.
American Tim Kopra is giving followers a glimpse of life in orbit - including what he eats and his love of Harry Potter quotes.
We get to see what the astronauts see when they look out of the window and how they deal with gravity.
There are also loads of experiments taking place up there - in fact, 250 science tests happening right now.
This week the ISS made its 100,000th orbit around Earth since its launch on 20 November, 1988. That amounts t 2,643,342,240 miles.
So momentous a time, the astronauts are sharing Snaps of the group munching on tortillas.
They keep the contents inside safe from gravity - which means no crumbs, in case you're wondering.
Kopra also did a Harry Potter by rolling around beneath the caption "Wingardium Leviosa" - or "fly!"
He also revealed how packages, food, trash and even people are transferred to and from the ISS via a SpaceX Dragon capsule.

The ISS completes one orbit around Earth every 90 minutes, so the crew see 16 sunrises and sunsets every day.
Crazy, right? Not as crazy as being able to Snapchat 220 miles up in the sky.
