Did Frank Ocean lie to us or is this it?

There may be hope for Frank Ocean fans as a live stream on the singer's website could indicate he's about to release his new album.
The stream appeared a few hours ago, there has yet to be any movement - just a static shot of what looks to be a warehouse accompanied by white noise.
He's been teasing fans for four years over the release of the follow-up to his debut Channel Orange.
But fans have had a lot to say about another possible let down.

Many people are now suggesting that the video is actually just on a loop but others are still hoping that the album will follow.

Channel Orange came out in 2012, since then there have been lots of false claims of when the new album titled Boys Don't Cry would be released.
He was supposed to have an album out in July 2015 but that didn't happen.
The latest hint appeared last month, when the 28-year-old singer posted a picture on his website that suggested his new album would drop sometime in July. It's now the 1 August, and still no album.
Fans have taken to Twitter to voice their frustrations.
Some people have just given up on him all together., external

It's hoped that Frank Ocean will drop his album today but there are other speculations.
Looking closely at the library card picture he posted earlier this month, you'll see Nov. 13 2016 stamped near the top. That's the only date yet to come. So, if the album isn't released today could this be the actual release date?
We'll have to wait and see.
