How Whipsnade Zoo bred rare cheetah cubs in captivity
The UK's first litter of Northern cheetah cubs born were born at Whipsnade Zoo recently, and their birth is largely due to a specially designed part of the animals' enclosure.
Built two years ago, the breeding facility, which members of the public cannot see, replicates how adult cheetahs would naturally find a mate in the wild.
The BBC went behind the scenes to see how it works.
