Queen's cousin welcomes Kate Middleton to royal fold

Final preparations are taking place ahead of the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton in London on Friday.

The Queen's cousin, Margaret Rhodes, told Radio 4's Today programme, "She's certainly managed to make herself seen as a very desirable and wanted and beautiful young woman.

"I think she's been totally accepted by the nation as a future queen, and I think that's wonderful."
