Heart swap teenager describes heart transplant
Hannah Jones, the girl who won a court battle to be allowed to die, has changed her mind and had a heart transplant.
Ms Jones turned 16 recently, attended Glastonbury and is awaiting her GCSE results.
Three years ago, she decided to fight legal action by her hospital which would have forced her to have the operation.
With her mother Kirsty, she told Radio 5 live's Stephen Nolan about her new lease of life.
