John Barnes: Football racism 'ambiguity' an issue

Prime Minister David Cameron has chaired a meeting with members of the football community to discuss the issue of racism in the game.

England, international John Barnes said he hoped legislation would be passed to clear "ambiguity" over what is considered discrimination.

He also said the issue was something that could not be tackled alone: "We cannot get rid of racism in football as long as it exists in society"
