The Red Arrows have staged a fly-past over the Olympic Stadium in Stratford ahead of the London 2012 Opening Ceremony.
The nine RAF jets flew over the Olympic park at the symbolic time of 20:12 BST (19:12 GMT), to the delight of those on the ground.
The BBC's Sue Barker, Gary Lineker and tennis legend John McEnroe were watching as the spectacle took place.
