London 2012 Paralympic Games to be 'biggest ever'

The President of the International Paralympic Committee has claimed the London 2012 Paralympic Games will be the "biggest ever".

Sir Philip Craven, a former Paralympic basketball player, said part of the reason was a decision by the organisers to offer grants for each competing team - Olympic or Paralympic - to train in Britain ahead of the Games.

Speaking to BBC Breakfast, Mr Craven said 16 new countries would be taking part.
