Ellie Simmonds will enjoy some post-Games 'pyjama days'
Britain's Ellie Simmonds set a new world record to retain her Paralympic S6 400m freestyle title in London.
The 17-year-old swimmer beat the record by more than five seconds, triumphing in five minutes 19.17 seconds.
Her parents Steve and Val Simmonds told BBC Breakfast of their surprise at her world record-breaking time and her plans for some well-deserved time off after the Games.
