The West Lothian question: MPs debate devolution after Scottish referendum
Is it fair that Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish MPs get to vote on laws that only apply in England?
It is a question that will be discussed in parliament today, in the aftermath of the Scottish referendum on independence.
The dilemma is called the West Lothian question because it was that area's MP who first raised the issue almost 40 years ago.
