'Carrying a knife made me feel invincible'

Knife crime across England and Wales has risen for the first time in four years, figures from the Office for National Statistics have revealed.

The Victoria Derbyshire programme's Nicola Beckford spoke to individuals who used to carry knives, but now encourage others to put them down.
