Modi headlines at Wembley
- Published
Tens of thousands of people, almost all of Indian origin, headed to Wembley on Friday to see Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Many people travelled from all over the UK for the event which saw Prime Minister David Cameron join Mr Modi on stage along with a host of Indian entertainers.
We have been taking a look at how you were preparing for the event.
The gathering at Wembley soon after the Hindu religious festival of Diwali is expected to be Mr Modi's biggest yet.
Organisers said they could not meet the demand for the free tickets.
The cost was met largely by donations - 10,000 people are said to have contributed - along with businesses that were both supporting and paying to advertise the event.
Twitter love
