Amber Rudd: Second arrest suggests 'not a lone wolf'

The Home Secretary Amber Rudd says the second arrest in the Parsons Green investigation suggests the attacker was not "a lone wolf".

A 21-year-old was arrested in Hounslow, west London, on Saturday night. An 18-year-old was arrested in Dover on Saturday morning.
