Greening raises 'long grass' fear over fees review

Ex-Education Secretary Justine Greening has voiced fears that a review of university tuition fees in England could kick issues into "the long grass".

Ms Greening also told Justin Webb about why she resisted attempts to move her to a different Cabinet position and had instead left the government.
