Lewis Hamilton on how Black Lives Matter has influenced his racing

Formula 1 world champion Lewis Hamilton has spoken to the BBC about how his stand against racism and support of the Black Lives Matter movement has influenced his racing in 2020.

In the wake of the killing of George Floyd in the United States, Hamilton became more strident in the fight against racism. While guest editing the BBC's Today programme on Radio 4 on Boxing Day, he said: "I was not expecting the response that I got."
