Prince Philip: Arlene Foster says the Duke was 'widely respected' in Northern Ireland

Northern Ireland's First Minister Arlene Foster has paid to tribute to Prince Philip.

She said she "had the privilege" of meeting the Duke on a number of his visits to the country and he had "a profound positive impact" on thousands of young people.
