Crocodile attack twin: 'Mel is breathing on her own'

A British woman attacked by a crocodile in Mexico is out of her coma and breathing on her own.

Her twin sister Gerogia Laurie told the BBC:

"She is breathing on her own, she recognised me and seemed happy to see me".

Melissa Laurie, 28, developed sepsis from her wounds following the attack in a lagoon near Puerto Escondido.
