COP26: 'Catastrophic' price to pay for failing to limit global temperature rise to 1.5C
Labour's deputy leader has hailed the progress made at the COP26 summit, but said more must be done in order to limit the global temperature rise to 1.5C.
Speaking to the BBC's Andrew Marr, Angela Rayner suggested that the the UK had "a responsibility to support the poorer countries" and criticised government policy on foreign aid.
