'Whodunit' speculation can lead to bankruptcy - former CPS prosecutor
Nazir Afzal, a former chief prosecutor for the Crown Prosecution Service, has said people shouldn't be speculating on social media about the BBC presenter accused of paying a teenager for sexually explicit photographs.
Speaking on BBC Breakfast, he warns that defamation cases can lead to bankruptcy.
