Hogmanay fireworks see in new year in Edinburgh

Scotland has ushered in the new year with a spectacular fireworks display above Edinburgh Castle.

Visitors from more than 80 countries arrived in Scotland's capital for its world-famous New Year's Eve party.

This year also marks the 30th anniversary of Edinburgh's Hogmanay street party celebrations.
