Cameron refuses to confirm Greensill pay

Lord Cameron has refused to confirm how much money he was paid by Greensill Capital, a financial firm he worked for after resigning as prime minister.

Speaking to Laura Kuenssberg, he said he was a private citizen at the time and has quit all his jobs since returning to politics.
