Manchester: Police officer drags and treads on homeless man in sleeping bag

Video shared with the BBC appears to show a police officer in Manchester dragging a homeless man in a sleeping bag, before treading on his stomach.

Greater Manchester Police said the officer behaved in an "unacceptable manner".
