Network Rail chiefs quizzed over services in Ipswich

Rail users angry over the standard of service on the Norwich to London line have quizzed executives from Network Rail and operating firms.
Ipswich MP Ben Gummer set up a meeting for commuters from Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex who use National Express East Anglia services.
Executives told the Ipswich meeting that changes would come with the change of franchise to Abellio next month.
Network Rail route managing director Dave Ward promised more investment.
Mr Gummer said he had put rail users' complaints to Sir David Higgins, the chief executive of Network Rail.
He said it was important that the firm "takes responsibility when it lets down passengers and listens to their frustrations".
He added: "I hope that this meeting will go some way towards starting a true dialogue between commuters and the companies that run their rail service."
