An inquest has opened into the deaths of four family members from Gloucestershire who were found dead in a disused quarry.

Ceri Fuller and his children Sam, Rebecca and Charlotte, from Milkwall near Coleford, were found in Shropshire on 16 July.

The children had been stabbed. Police are investigating whether Mr Fuller killed them before taking his own life.

The inquest has been adjourned and a date is yet to be fixed.

A post-mortem examination revealed Mr Fuller died "from multiple injuries consistent with falling from a height".
