Jayden's ex-boyfriend Ben Blakeley has admitted manslaughter but denies murder

CCTV footage of a pregnant teenager and the ex-boyfriend accused of murdering her has been shown in court.

Ben Blakeley, 22, who admits dumping the body of 17-year-old Jayden Parkinson in his uncle's grave, was seen with her at Oxford and Didcot train stations on 3 December.

Footage was also shown of a police interview in which he refused to answer questions after her disappearance.

Mr Blakeley, from Reading, admits manslaughter but denies murder.

He has also admitted perverting the course of justice.

The teenager's body was found on 18 December in a disturbed grave at the cemetery in All Saints' Church, Didcot, Oxfordshire, two weeks after she was reported missing.

Jurors at Oxford Crown Court were shown the custody video, which was filmed nine days after Jayden went missing.

At one point he said: "Get me out of here and then I'll talk to you... I might even give you an address."

Later he said: "I want bail - I'm cold and hungry and I want a fag."

CCTV footage showing Mr Blakeley at Reading Station on the morning after the prosecution alleges he buried her was also shown to the court.

A 17-year-old boy from Didcot, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is also on trial.

He has admitted perverting the course of justice but denies preventing the lawful burial of Jayden.

A post-mortem examination revealed she died from pressure to the neck.

The trial continues, with the defence due to start its case on Thursday.
