UK floods: Trains between Hereford and Shrewsbury resume

Rail services between Shrewsbury and Hereford have resumed following cancellations as a result of flooding.

Heavy rain caused flooding between Shrewsbury and Craven Arms, leading to all trains between the towns being stopped.

Services have restarted but National Rail Enquiries warned they could be amended, cancelled or delayed.

Homes and roads in parts of England and Wales have been flooded after Storm Angus.
