Luton and Dunstable hospital worker faces sex charges

A healthcare assistant has appeared before magistrates in Bedfordshire charged with sexually assaulting 14 elderly men on a hospital stroke ward.
Ameet Mohabeer, 28, of Butely Road, Luton, appeared at Luton Magistrates' Court accused of 17 sexual offences.
Police said the charges related to incidents which happened while Mr Mohabeer was on duty on ward 17 of the Luton and Dunstable Hospital.
Mr Mohabeer was bailed to appear for trial at Luton Crown Court in October.
